General Conditions

Your booking binds only after receiving the receipt of the payment of the deposit. As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive you voucher (via e-mail or via fax) you will have to show at the check-in at the reception.

Arrives and departures

Arrivals from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm (must be strictly adhered to), departures before 10:00 am. Change-over weekly on Saturdays.

Cancellations

Guests who are unable to take up their holiday are required to communicate cancellation.
If cancellation takes place 100 or more days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Otherwise, the entire deposit, will be forfeited.

Additional regulations

Dogs are welcome provided they are kept on a leash. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. Apartments must be left in the condition in which they were rented, otherwise the cost of any work required to return them to their original state will be charged. Guests should notify immediately any damage or breakages so that these can be repaired during the period of their stay. If such damage is not reported, we will be forced to assess the loss resulting from any inability to rent the unit to subsequent guests.

Booking

After receiving confirmation of your reservation via e-mail, please send us a deposit using one of the following methods. The deposit amount will be specified in the booking confirmation that you will receive via e-mail. Deposits sent by international credit transfer will be credited to your final bill net of bank charges for the operation.

Payment

A part on booking whit bank transfer (to agree at the reservation moment) and remaining on arrival, together with the deposit.
