EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

AROLDO extra virgin olive oil is the result of organic farming on the cool dry slopes of Casa Olivo in the Maremma, where the local micro-climate and the soil, vibrant oil, with a strong, elegant personality. The olives are harvested by hand end mechanics and pressed cold the same day.

The choice Sangiovese grapes of Casa Olivo in the Maremma grow in the very heart of the hills which slope down into the Upper Ombrone Valley, we are in the neighbourhood of the “Doc Montecucco wine”. In an ancient terroir grow vine species which impart to the wine the intense spicy flavour of this ancient land.

The grape harvest develops him between September and October.
