Price list and conditions
Book your stay
Here you'll find all the information you need to plan your stay. Prices vary based on the season and length of stay, and include numerous services such as final cleaning, use of the pool, Wi-Fi, and a baby cot. However, they do not include electricity, linens, additional beds, or pets. Reservations are confirmed with a deposit, and the balance is due one month before arrival. Check-in and check-out times, rules for access to common areas, and the cancellation policy are also specified.

Conditions
General Conditions
Your reservation is binding for us only upon receipt of the deposit payment receipt. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a voucher (confirmation email) that you must present when checking in.
Reservation
After you receive your booking confirmation by email, you'll need to send us a deposit using one of the methods listed below. The deposit amount you'll need to send us will be specified in the booking confirmation you'll receive by email. Deposits sent by international bank transfer will be credited to your final account, net of any bank fees.
Arrivals and departures
Check-in are from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (or to be agreed upon at the time of booking) and departures are by 10:00 AM. Weekly changeovers are on Saturdays.
Payment
For each reservation, payment must be made by bank transfer according to the following schedule:
1. At the time of booking: 30% of the rental amount.
2. One month before the start of the stay: 70% of the balance of the rental amount.
Bank checks are not accepted.
Security deposit
Upon arrival at the accommodation, the customer is required to pay the sum of €150.00, which will be returned upon departure less any damage caused to the house.
Cancellations
If the guest is unable to take the vacation, they must cancel the reservation. For cancellations up to 100 days before the arrival date, the entire deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, the entire deposit will be retained.
Additional rules
Dogs are allowed as long as they are kept on a leash and are not permitted in the pool area. Apartments must be left in the same condition as they were received, otherwise a charge will be made for any repairs necessary to restore them. Guests are required to immediately report any damage or fault so that it can be repaired during the booked period. Failure to do so will result in compensation being charged should the unit not be available to the next guest.
Bank transfer:
You can pay the deposit by bank transfer to our bank account, the details of which will be sent to you when you request availability.
It is mandatory to include the booking details in the reason for payment.
Example
Reservation deposit Rossi Mario, arrival July 1st, departure July 15th (the name under which the reservation was made must be entered).
